Making Barb always use whirlwind ?

Hey guys i have the 6 set wastes bonus and the 2 bul-kathos weapons so i have max fury to spend for whirlwind to keep my taeguk up and destroy destructibles ! Yet my barb always whirlwinds in a group and then he runs normal until there is the next group and then he uses whirlwind again. How is it possible that he uses Whirlwind when he moves from one group to another ?

Believe there are a plugin for keeping up the taeguk. by using set ability at a chosen interval.

I think it's not possible when i Put it on the left key ? Because he simply runs normal. so does it has to be the right key ?
