I'm thinking of making a Tauren Shaman.
I was wondering what I'll need for it?
Health and mana enchants early on, then standard int/sp/mana kind of stuff later.
Which is better Resto or Elemental? In the long run, especially for PVP?
Elem for PvE, Resto for PvP
Which heirlooms do you recommend?
Leather Int till they can wear Mail Int...so you need two sets and any int 2H or 1H int weapon (1H mace was my choice)
Which profiles should I use?
Good luck getting Horde ones to work, if you find one let me know. Used 2 to compare and my bot was a pain in the ass...at 70 I started arch, at 72 now after a couple nights, so it's slow...anyway, maybe Az's is good, enough now. Not sure which I used for goblin, but it did ok other than not knowing where npc's move to between phases.
Which class should I use?
Shaman? Bet you mean CC....ShamWOW!
Which plugins should I use?
I like the ones that open bags, of course Equipme, and anything else that is required by the profile you chose...
Any other information?

Ya, in PvE, expect to die. It'll happen a lot...mine is 72 and has had a bazillion deaths. In PvP, using resto is ruthless...you just stand there and heal till the cavalry comes, so make sure the profile only follows the main roads and paths between hotspots. I was healing for 3 minutes straight while 3 alliance were trying to kill me, then a couple tanks showed up along with some hunters and we raped the guys. The allies were out of mana, I wasn't and actually the bot got the kill shot on two of the 3. Hilarious in the right gear and enchants...
