Making a Profession Profile

Im making a profession profile and I like to check is there is a Primary and Secondary profession picked. I know I could check for each individual skill (Me.GetSkill(Styx.SkillLine.Skinning).CurrentValue == 0 && ...), but is there a way I can check if there are professions learned, and if there are, which are they.
