I am currently botting on my main account until I have enough money to pay for a GTC on an SoR account that I bought. I only mine between 2-8 hours per day, and I've just been selling the ore. I will be working on the SoR account to level him up and get mining AND herbalism to 600 so I can have a seperate botting account that I can be lenient with as far as hours to explore my limits. I only have a miner atm, My question is this: Do you think It would be better to sell the raw ore, or sell some but also prospect some to make primal diamonds out of the rare gems and sell the primal diamonds for cheaper than the AH in trade chat?

You'd have to look at your server's ah prices to answer this for sure but I believe in most cases people have found that prospecting produces the better GPH.

Cut some meta gems, rest make normal gems. Don't sell ore unless it's more profitable, like 60g per stack or more.
I promise you, no matter what realm, you will gain more money from prospecting and disenchanting.

It also depends on how much time can you spend on AH for undercutting repeat on your gems, thats why i am selling raw ores, less headache
