Major lag using singular routines!

I get major fps lag when trying to use the singular routine. I don't get the best anyways(70fps average), but when I try and use the singular combat routine I drop to 3fps a huge drop!. I try the buddy store routines and have no problems at all with fps drop only reason I am even using the singular is cause there isn't a real good healer pally routine out there. That can stand alone without another spec. But back to the problem, I am wondering am I doing something wrong or is anyone else having same issue I am. Also the strange thing about the problem is when I mount or start fighting the fps jump right back up to normal range. I am using AVG for an anti-virus, so I know it's not that, been proven that doesn't cause problems with HB.
 
The HB I have doesn't have a log sub-folder, I will wait to post log until new update is out and see if that fixes problem, if not I will post log. Thanks for quick reply CodenameG

Still having same issues CodenameG attached a log!




Here is the newest log, tried running singular on beta version too, comes out with same results. You can clearly see at bottom there is a problem.

Ooops sorry Tony forgot! First log is HB build .795 and second log is beta build .1028
 
Latest build would be the first log I posted then CodenameG
 
dont edit old posts and reupload it, just attach it to your latest posts.
 
use dx9 instead and also set wow process on a higher than normal priority
 
Nope none of those are installed, I do AVG anti-virus enabled! Seems like the last two or three releases have caused the problems in lag, didn't have the problem before then.
