if i understand good. no honorbuddy since wenesday. ( 7 patch) but no hb , and this wenesday , another maj. so we don't use honordbuddy 2 week?

7.2 was a huge patch. the next one on Tuesday will be small ( if there is even a patch might just turn on the raid with out a patch ) it shouldn't take long to patch for HB.

I uses since mop. And I rebmenber for major patch it s not so long.

Now I stay like everybody. Here. It s normal to answer to take information on this avancement.

After if équips honorbuddy is too short. Or if blizzard are more sécurize. Since mop. I undertands that.

Downtime depends on how much has changed with the patch, if a lot has changed then the time to update the bot and make it compatible will be alot. You've used since MoP, a lot of us been using it since long before that and remember the times it's felt like forever before HB was usable after a game update.

There's a thread on the update status, go there to read any updates, if there aren't any then there's nothing to say about the update other than it's being worked on. Asking a mod, or creating threads asking about progress, isn't going to get you anywhere because the mods won't tell you, or anything for that matter, and the as for the rest of us, you know the same information we do.

Also, yes, MoP took forever, it was a nightmare. I'm getting kinda itchy waiting, as I'm sure everyone else is, but just like the rest of us, just gonna have to wait and be patient.
 
j'enten bien tous ce que vous dite, j'espere simplement pouvoir utiliser le bot cette semaine. (par pour la semaine passer sa pas etait evident avec toute ces maj. ) malgrés tous cela je suis infographiste integrateur , si je peut aider les developpeurs de HB, dite le moi. si il ont besoin d'aide. oui mop c'etait une horreur mais le patch du siege d'ogrimar avait etait rapide. c'est pour sa que je demande si les maj de blizzard sont plus complexe qu'avant?

je n'ai voulu choqué personne, juste qu'on tienne au courant.
bien sur que je suis impatient comme tous le monde je pense. c'est vraie que c'est de mes defauts.

Despite all this I am graphic Integrator, if I can help developers of HB, tell me. If they need help. Yes mop it was a horror, but the patch of ogrimar headquarters had was quick. It's for her I wonder if blizzard maj are more complex than before?

I can only see 1 retard in this thread.. and it's the one calling another person a retard for 1 not speaking proper English, or 2 for wanting info on something we paid for.. It's called being a customer and good customer service = answering the question. You the nobody has no right to call someone a retard, you the nobody shouldn't be answering as you do not have the answer.

Patience est de rigueur concernant les mises à jour. En effet il fut un temps ou les maj étaient (presques) instants. Cette fois ci comme indiqué dans leur post de communication, ils ont décidé d'en profiter pour faire un gros clean de tout leur code ce qui représente un travail énorme.

De Mop à Legion il y a eu un énorme pas de franchi. A savoir que Blizzard a développé entre temps des moyens infames de lutte contre les bots et en particuliers les Buddy bots.

Les utilisateurs ici sont sur les dents en ce moment et tout post concernant des questions sur les mises à jours n'est qu'une occasion de se faire lincher ;)

Cela prendra le temps que ca prendra, en attendant, courage.

PS : Il est préférable de parler anglais ici, sinon tu as une section Français :)

Good call retard. 1 i never brought his english into my post. 2 you ask the same questions every patch and get the same answers every patch. Good customer service doesn't mean catering to spastics that can't use a search function or have patience for something to be fixed.

I have every right to call people out. I do have the answer. I gave the answer.
 
allows you to be insulting to people personally you don't have to see me post a lot of in this section to shout, after so that you don't like is not my problem. (in the post above I ask if they need help too) you may well respond calmly without getting off people.
on the other hand if you not know that in trade must respect the customer. I think that is the most stupid. I'm asking whether you're informed. After that it bothers you to see always the same positions, that's your problem. I want my subscription but subscription to profitable. (paid routine or other) If you is not satisfied at home, does not pass your final point here nerve.
