Maintaining Inspiring Presence

Hello guys and girls (are there any girls here at all ?!?!)

Im running my barbarian with Inspiring Presence, and ive tried to search the forums for quite some time but i have not been able to find an answer to this.
Trinity doesnt seem to maintain the inspiring presence, it does renew it when its down or if you are low on fury, but with charge and full fury build it does not. Is there a way to fix this? Looking at trinity settings i have not been able to see any more options to config this.This hurts my build both for my character and the ancients running beside me Would be happy for every answer i get and sry if this is a repost!

I have been looking into the BarbarianCombat.Cs but i gotta be honest with you i cant make much out of it, i can see the code where warcry is being used and the rules for it but i dont even know if barbariancombat.cs is the right one I usually fix these things by just changing alot of stuff and see what works and what happens, but with combatroutines im lost! Just wanna add one rule to the CS for barbarian that tells my bot to cast warcry everytime its off cooldown, even if im at full fury.

Would love some help, soon getting that IK 4 set part for my ancients, and they need some hp reg!
