Mailing Wrong items issue.

In protected slots list.

I was in bot config, and clicked empty bags now to make sure my mailbox code was right.
thought it was a glitch, restarted computer, tried again, same thing happened.
I don't think the protected list is related.
Because my ore and stuff is in that list, and it get mailed ( yes i wanted my ore to mail)
I don't want my herb shovel to be mailed ...

so the point is, i don't think my mailing issue is protected slots related...
I need it to not mail that shovel.

Hi, Conetopia,

The log doesn't show it attempting to mail the Herbalist's Spade. Not saying it didn't happen, but we just can't see it.

Can you toss your ProtectedItems.xml, also, please?

Really mate? post SS of your char name on boting forum...

To be honest, i will not report you but usualy ppl who report players are boters themselves not all ofc. So try to protect your char name better and try not to mention it in posts... usually administrators will edit your name but they are not that fast, still many ppl will see it...

Take better care P:

You should use those items while leveling profession when you get 600 you will not need it anymore, i think you should stop using it after 550 but not sure xDD and i would suggest you buy that Gnomish army knife it ads +10 on herb/min/skin profession.

If you want max profit from minin/herb you should empty your bags (except Hearthstone).

Ok here is what i'll do
Deleted all of my logs.
restarted pc.
Turning HB on, going to load GB and my profile
then i will Open bot config and press the empty bags button, which mails items.
then i will hit start in the HB window.
Bot is now mailing my shovel again.
Stopping bot, now uploading the Log it just generated.

My log. HB said ID 1384 , so this is for sure the right log.

Hi, Conetopia, and thank you for taking the time to do this.

I was hoping to find a stray typo in ProtectedItems.xml, but such was not the case. Your script looks fine, and the log again is not showing us what was mailed. <sigh> I thought GatherBuddy2 used to show us all that.

The only work-around I can think of is set MailWhite to false, and see if that will keep the spade from being mailed.

Whether the latter succeeds or not, I'd say this is a Gatherbuddy2 bug. Although, someone else may find something that eludes me at the moment.

This is a profile issue. The profile needs to be updated for the modern shipped behaviors.

Tony has an *excellent* point. It could be a WoW-addon actually mailing the item, and not Gatherbuddy2.

changed logging from normal to Diagnostic.

I am level 600 herb anyways, so i guess it really doesn't matter.
But still, when i go to level another Herb character... there is going to be some issues, hopefully this issue will be solved by then lol

Yes it still mails items.

These above, are what matter when it comes to the bot mailing items.

I don't know if you guys haven't noticed, or if it is just me for the last 2 months/ 15 versions of honorbuddy.
it seems that the Protected list is not used when the bot is mailing items.

is there a mailing protected items list that i cannot see in the HB folder that i am suppose to create/edit?

If you look at my picture in Post # 1, it is only vendoring my ore/herbs/ and my herb shovel.

for some reason it keeps my mineing pick. * so weird*

The (true and false) In my script, seems to be the only thing Effecting my Selling to vendor, and my mailing.
Because i turned the selling script for selling whites from false to true. (tested only a few items so i could buy them back)
and it started selling my herbs/ore/skins, and even sold my herb shovel.

it seems to me that the protected list.xml is not working.

| the bot does not sell/mail my mining pick | ( Could be default with the Gatherbuddy2 to not sell/mail that item)

A buddy just helped me Confirm that the Protected slots list does not work for him Either.
He did find find this plugin, that works/fixes our issue.
