Mailing not working

Im running Cava's 85-86 profile and the mailing doesnt seem to work. My ch runs to the mail box, opens the send window, loads all the stuff to send, then runs away without clicking send. Anyone got any ideas? Is this a HB issue or a profile issue?

very silly lol, i was trying to send it to a pandaran level 1 so ofcorse they had not selected a faction yet lol
