Mailing issue ?

I get some empty mails on my alt who's refered as "Send mail to" in HB. By example, it's written "Silk Cloth" (not sure ^^) but there's nothing in the mail, when I check my bot it doesn't have any item with this name in its bags (I went to the vendor BEFORE sending, and went to farm after mailing).

Is it deleting some items ? Can my keyboard statut (AZERTY not QWERTY) be the source of the problem ? (I noticed my alt had a M in its name, which changes from AZERTY to QWERTY).

so you're saying it mailed them? wait 1 hour for the mail, and post back (or is this on the same acct??)

if you think it sold your cloth, add that cloth to the protected items list (use search for this code)

I've had something similar happen to me as well. I just needed to add the name of the items to the Protected Items list in my profile. Also make sure that <SellWhite>, <SellBlue> etc... are set to False in the profile or your character may be selling them instead of mailing them and yet still attempting to mail an item it no longer has... hence the empty mail.

ALso make sure your:

<MailGrey></MailGrey>
<MailWhite></MailWhite>
<MailGreen></MailGreen>
<MailBlue></MailBlue>
<MailPurple></MailPurple>

are configured correctly.

When in doubt, you can use the <ForceMail> parameter to list items by ID and Name that are to be mailed no matter what.

Oh yeah i get it, you mean it may make the list of items to be mailed before vendoring ?

Thanks for your editing ! I've checked my profiles and as you showed me and there was a conflict as cloth wasn't protected at all and White selling was enabled, I disabled White selling and enabled Green sending as it wasn't. Now I hope it'll work
