MAil to Alt question

Ok tried scanning the forums with no luck,,,

Question on the "Mail-Alt" option, how does that work? I am getting some mails that have the stuff i gathered, and some that is only a BLANK msg? Does it automaticly send an email when it is near a box?

mail routes are hardcored at GB engine
do you have any mail addons?

I also have the problem where only like 1/10 letters have stuff attached =/

I get that but I just delete them since its down to probably addons or cached wow stuff.
