Mail specific items only

Is it at all possible to implement an easy way to only mail a specific item or two, so that I dont have to mail over all my stuff in my bags each time?
Ive seen something similar to a whitelist some time ago, although that was related to selling stuff.

Id prefer if youd just spell out the command lines and a quick guide on where to put them, so that I can alter the profile I already have.

Hi, Damerus,

The bot controls what it mails through the ForceMail.xml list. You are welcome to edit it, but be aware that this will be overwritten each time you upgrade Honorbuddy. So, be certain to squirrel away a copy of your modified list.
