Mail Recipient not working

I've Added the mail recipient name on the setting area

unfortunately the profile keeps running without clearing the bags when its full and it keeps going for hours with full bags

please help me with my issues

attached is the profile i use and the log from that profile please help me

it happens only on the specific profile?

I haven't tried another profile with that issue

something is wrong tried to clear the cache and re installing honorbuddy and still with the same issue

then upload a log with the other profile please.

tested on another profile and still wont send mail when the bags are full

can you try a profile on a different area plz?

ill give it a shot although dunno which profile i should try ill look for one today and keep it up and see how it goes
