Mail instead of selling

Where do I set the bot to mail items and to which character?

I am currently running profession profiles leveling my herb / mining, but I cant find it anywhere.

Right now it just sell, but I intended to use that material. And it sell quite many stacks at once, not very suspicious though but still.

Thank you for reply but I still cant find it.

I can only see what to send in those files (but it gets put on ah instead).

I cant find anywhere where to tell the bot who it is gonna send the mails to, or enable it to send mails.
