Mail gold or mail items?

I know that it's risky to send gold from your gold botting accounts to your main since GMs can trace gold, however is mailing items just as risky?

why have direct contact at all. I run a big guild and am forced to sell the donations regularly to keep space open in guild bank.

I just direct trade large amounts of gold all the time and haven't been banned. I think you get caught the easiest by trading to gold website accounts that are doing many gold transactions.

Either way here are some ways to be safer when trading:

1. Create a guild with many real players and have a private guild bank tab just for your bots and main account and use this to transfer items.
2. Trade face to face and exchange pets for gold.
3. Post a pet in the AH for amount of gold you want to transfer from your bot account to main account. Buy the pet with your bot account. (I would recommend waiting a while after posting the pet to purchase it to make it appear more natural. Also post a pet that isn't already in the AH.)

Number 3 is how I transfer large amounts of gold and have never been banned doing so. Only time I seem to get banned is when I sell to gold websites.

Can't you easily get the ban overturned because you are trading gold from your own account to your other owned account? Its not like you are selling gold to yourself.

You don't get banned for mailing the gold; that in itself is not against the ToS/EUA. However, at that point both accounts are flagged for investigation where it only takes 5 minutes to determine which accounts have been botting. You then get banned for botting.

dont send large amounts of gold. stay under 10k at a time. and dont make it 10 mails of 10k. do like 10k a week or something and you'll be fine
