Mail and guild vault help

OK I am very sorry for spamming the support thread but you guys are helping me so i guess ill bring all my problems here! If i want to keep GB2 running a lot my bags are going to fill. How do i set it up so when inventory is full my guy goes to a mailbox and sends it all to an alt, or puts it in guild bank? (would rather have him find a mailbox and send so he doesnt have to go all the way to a major city).
