Magic Find Gear Swap in Before Boss dies...

I have been searching for something that does this and I cant seem to find it... Does it exist?

I see what GearSwap does and all I need is for the Plugin to Change to all my MF Gear when the boss is at 5%...

Would something like this be possible?

Maybe my searching skills suck. Thanks in advance!

GearSwap now supports Magic Find - Currently Nagelring, but adding Cain's set soon.
