Where can I get #Mage?
You can purchase it from the Buddy Store

I'm having issues installing, what should I do?

I think I found a bug, or know of a way to improve #Mage, what should I do?
You can post any questions you have on this thread and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you think you found a bug, please include a log of it happening, as well as describe the problem.

Does it support this feature I'm curious about?
There is a free trial you can use to test exactly what is supported. In short if it's a PvE feature, and it's not supported now, it will be in the future.

Please remember that the support thread is meant for:
  • Feature requests
  • Bug reports with a log attached
  • Testimony (good or bad) about your experience with the product

Oh my god yes. You're my favorite. I just started playing mage alt and was looking for good routine.

The first version should be available in a few days ^_^
 
I wish you can make a good CC, because at this moment Portal is a very good CC for Mage and dude you can improve it
 
Any can give any feedback? I like try this CC but no have trials day and for the moment i dont need another CC pay with Portal

Edit:

My first test are detected :

1- Orc racial no working

2- No take elixir when BL is up

3- No use the new potion when the life is very low

4- Lost too many dps for spam all time icebarrier, i prefer use only when i have %low life

Fire :

1- Good rotation, but i test the tier 2 and 4 bonuss and i think that use too late

2- No use combustion along the first minute off combat, so we lost the prepotion int ( What Value have to use? )


Arcane :

1- Never enter in burn phase along the combat, only in pull

2- I have AP UP, PC UP....and take amount 20 secs in use all, why?

3- Never use supernova in boss, only in PC and no always

I think that your idea about CC is good, simple interface and easy use, but for high raider, you need fix some problems and add configurations

  1. Orc racial is broken and will be fixed in the next patch.
  2. Potion usage is not supported and likely will not be, it is off the global cooldown and is something you can use yourself
  3. Same with low HP potions
  4. If you don't want to keep up Ice Barrier then switch to something like Flameglow. Ice Barrier's power comes from having it up all the time to avoid incoming damage, not to protect you when you're low.

  1. I haven't added the 4pc into the routine yet, and the 2pc doesn't change your rotation at all
  2. My guess is that you have low crit and that you didn't get any pyro's in the first minute. If your crit is too low then you shouldn't be fire. With that being said, my mage is 605 ilvl and does combustion nearly every time it's off cooldown. You didn't provide any logs so I can't help you here

  1. No logs provided to verify, however burn phase isn't based on AP or PC. It's based on current mana and the cooldown of Evocate.

My mage as well as the other four I've used for testing all have wonderful Arcane rotations using #Mage. The same goes for Fire and Frost. If you're having problems, I need logs. You literally tie my hands without giving them to me.

u kidding right ? IB is to soak incoming dmg and NOT to waste GCD for spamming IB just bcuz we can...

Fair point. I'll remove it from the rotation and add a Tier 2 hotkey

Lol 680 full bis Heroic and some pieces of Mitic HigMaul and i have low critic, above 40% in raid...

When i return for my work, i upload all logs that you like, and if you like, i can give my armory link

You came in here with no logs stating things were broken, I gave you the most likely reasons. If that's not the case then provide logs and I'll be happy to take your feedback. If you want to fight you can issue a refund and I'll help those that actually want a good product. I honestly couldn't care less about your gear or what armory link you can give, you have no logs so I can't verify anything. Again, be civil or leave.
 
I think it might be because im very slightly out of range to use prismatic crystal, but when it does this the bot basically just stops and tries to use prismatic crystal. After I moved, it either did crystal + arcane power, or just restarted the cycle. Also, not sure if arcane power + crystal is counted as DPS cooldowns, but when I turned DPS cooldowns on for Boss only, it used them on Imperator adds, but felt like it didnt use them at all on Imperator himself. Worked fine when they cooldowns are turned to always.

edit2: on Kargath, didnt use prismatic in the opening burst at all. Only used prismatic on second arcane power. Also, would it be possible to have hotkey to initiate usage of cooldowns? Had many times on Kargath where it used prismatic crystal and the boss just started using Berserker rush

Thanks for the feedback. I'll see what I can do about Prismatic Crystal being out of range. It, and Arcane Power, aren't considered DPS cooldowns as they both are on rather short cooldowns. When using Prismatic Crystal it waits for the target to be in position, so if the target moves it won't cast it. I can add a Burn Phase hotkey to Arcane. I'm guessing that would solve the problem for you? It would basically just use the conserve rotation until you pressed the hotkey, then it would burn all your cooldowns (including Prismatic Crystal) and burn your mana. It would also assume you know what position the boss is in, and wouldn't wait for movement checks.
 
Yeah that would be great. Happened plenty times aswell when boss was moving, bot used Arcane power but didnt use prismatic (because boss was moving). I havent played mage for long so I dont know how big DPS loss this is but im guessing it could be big :P
