Mage spec

I was wondering what the best bot spec is for mages.

Currently I run an arcane spec, but was thinking of going fire for close to one shotting every mob with pyro - however I was also wondering, would the frost maybe be better for leveling? I mean DPS wise its worse, however it will give the bot a bit more control, but then again - why need control when you one shot - or at least close to?

Prefer Arcane myself but Frost is nice for when you fancy hitting the BG's.
