This is a new failure mode we've not seen before.
First, please be certain you are launching both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy with windows 'administrator' privileges. Also, the WoWclient should be in 'windowed' (not fullscreen) mode.
If no joy, the problem has the fingerprint of a program interfering with Honorbuddy operation. These articles will walk you through the usual 'interfering program' suspects:
The most likely suspect is the AntiVirus.
