Mage? Singular? Mage Walks Around But Casts No Spells ... Level 10?

I am using BGFamer and I have also tried BGBuddy.

When I use either Fire or Frost as a level 10 Mage in BG's the BOT just goes from battle to battle but just stands there and does not cast any spells.

Why is this?

Is the Mage to low level?

How do I fix this?

I have botted other low levels toons just fine like Hunter and Monk and stuff.
