Mage Singular concerns

I was out doing some Black Prince rep grinding on the mage today, when I noticed an unusual/unnatural behavior.

He seems to really enjoy casting Frost Nova, and then just standing there continuing to get beat on, which strikes me as something almost noone would do, so I thought it might be prudent to allow us an option to not use Frost Nova.

And, as an aside, it would be great if Singular could detect and use Glyphed Cone of Cold.

I've used some public routines in the past, but singular is more than enough for my needs & since it comes with I don't have to worry about keeping anything updated.
