Also this doesn't sound like a bug. This just sounds like the bot not playing a card perfectly. You have to remember this is a bot and it probably wont play everything perfectly and with a ton of strategy.

I think not playing cards when it has mana to cast them is a bug rather Logic problem. It seem not to recognize that the card has the new mana value 0 and there is no reason to not cast Ice Block if you have mana left. It might need to be fixed in the AI rather than the program though.
