mage keeps running into mobs and dieing

only issue so far.. I am in westfall doing a quest where I need to kill riverpaw mystic.. killed 3/5 and it keeps running into 4 mobs.. ones the sliver one (rare) and others are normal keep getting raped..

p.s I'm a human mage.
