mage hit cup

guys before i ask i want to suggest make a general forum =p anw

i want to ask what is the hit cup for arcane mages?

Depends on your race and what you're fighting.

Hitcap against even level is 4%, +1 is 5%, +2 is 6%, +3 (bosses) is 17%.

Draenei get +1%.

Mages can get 3% from Precision in Frost and 3% for Arcane Spells with Arcane Focus.

Its 26.23 hit rating per 1% @ level 80.

Example:
80 Human Mage, 3% from Precision in Frost:
- Against level 80: Need 1% (26.23 hit rating) to cap
- Against level 81: Need 2% (52.46 hit rating) to cap
- Against level 82: Need 3% (78.69 hit rating) to cap
- Against Boss: Need 14% (367.22 hit rating) to cap

i dont know about mages too much but warlocks is 17 % total over all hit and after you get most of your 219-245 gear your hit all comes from gear alone atm my lock is at 530 hit rating 20.21% hit cap so i never miss so i would imagine that its close to a lock just higher dps output

Its actually 367.22 (if you have 3% from talents), I had the numbers for players in there.
