Mage constantly conjuring Mana Gem

Hey Guys.

Im new to mages but the cc is just getting stuck trying to conjure Mana Gem in HB2.

I took a look through my inventory to find it and destroy it, but cannot see any gems at all!

Someone with some mage experience can help me out?

How can i get rid of the mana gem to create a new one?
