Made an error - can't remember surname on account

I've made a schoolboy error. Went to stick a WoW account on at work (for the first time) and obviously Blizz locks the account for a different log in IP. I expected this, but I apparently signed up with a different name and for the life of me I can't remember the surname.

Any ways around this? How can I find out what it is?

May have made it worse, I've tried to log in too many times. Need to contact CS now.

You probably had to contact the to fix your issue.

I can't call them, when they ask my surname, what do I say? Has to be email and I'll perhaps say that I mispelled it, that may be my best option and just hope I get close to it!

I normally do just use my real name, I must have been having a moment when I set this one up.

When you have more than 2 accts, Excel is your friend !!

Simple fix.
Log onto the account. Open a ticket. View the ticket and youll see your full name there. Then close ticket.
