Macros and use of Macros

Hey guys,

I know lots of people use macros for OSS/logoff etc. I was wondering if there is a list of ones that can be used... and if so can they be included in the bot? I see the OSS add in, but if that was on a hot key, would be safer and not uses when in danger... well it would be would be way faster.
