lvl 9 in bg with 600hp

and lvl 12 mage i saw in there with almost 800hp unbuffed and even after being in there for a long time (not midsummer flame) ... am i missing a new glitch

Were you drunk (in game)? When you are intoxicated it shows enemies as lower level. So it tries to convince you that you are stronger than you are.

maybe on the lvl 9 one but not on the lvl 12 mage .. i actually went and got some of the rum cause of the mage.
