lvl 51 char does lvl 15 quests

So i just put honorbuddy on one of my account and i want to lvl a rogue i have there , who is lvl 51 . But when i run Questing bot and Kick's lvl 13-58 profile , it starts doing quests in Westfall. How can i fix this? Thx
