Lunar Festival Quests

Now that we have questing and such in our bot, we should add some holiday profiles, I'm going to just lay it out that it's the Lunar Festival. We should have a profile for horde/alliance that goes to EACH PLACE and turn in that quest.

i already got the base for Mr.LunarFestival working. just need to go in and make a profile system or add all the wavepoints by hand.

Yea I looked at making it but got bored when i realised none of the npc locations or quest info was in the datbase and i had to do it by hand. Goodluck
