LTK sweeping wind issue

I figure this isn't a difficult fix, but I don't know enough about coding. I Am using the build here Sunwuko LTK Solo GR90+ (now with less stack management!) - Monk - Diablo III Builds - Diablo Fans and it works great when it can keep stacks which is never. Even using the belt to help maintain stacks. So just a way to ensure it uses spirit to cast sweeping wind up at all times would be great.

Edit: Looks like you could just have it only cast LTK when there is 2 or more stacks of sweeping wind. Melee strikes and with the belt more downtime will cause the sweeping wind stacks to rise. Build could be about twice as strong with these changes I believe.

Edit: Also looks like this line is 794 in the monk abilities file.

Just look on the guides part, there's literally a guide taking up this problem. Check around some before u post plz
