LTK monk not using Mantra of Salvation with Agility rune

I'm full resource constantly and it's never activated. I have changed the settings in combat. I've changed the time in between casts from 1 second up to 3 seconds and multiple numbers in between with no luck. I've tried disabling mantra spam in hopes it would cast it at least sometimes, it still does not. I've updated my trinity and I don't have any issues with any other classes that I bot. Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks!

I have this issue sometimes with my monks in group as well.

Typically what I have seen is that Spirit is too low because the bot is trying to keep Sweeping Wind + LTK going.

We kind of need intelligent handling of Mantras as well.

You guys need to give some imput though.

Obviously Mantra needs to be cast after a death since the Mantra isn't on... Are you wanting it to keep the 3 second buff up even if it means missing a cast of LTK?

If it's what is keeping you alive, then I would want it that way.
