I have seen the highest impact from the following (GTX 1080 card here):
- Minimal Resolution - 800x600 (IsBoxer with Windowed Fullscreen can go lower but FPS improvement is quite small)
- MipOffset "1" (in ingame menu = Low textures) - used to cause some random DB crashes about a month ago. Once I set it to "0" (High textures) it never crashed since. May be fixed now.
- ShadowQuality "0"
- Antialiasing "0"
- LowFX "1"
- DisplayModeBitDepth "16"
Usually 4 clients run in 30+ fps. But sometimes in heavy fights (40+ mobs) in particularly demanding maps (Ruins of Corvus) fps can go do to 10-12. I am not sure if this is a rendering issue or just the DB targeting algorithms that repeatedly sort hundreds of actors. I wish there was some hacked d3d11.dll that had disabled all the particle effects rendering, or maybe it needs to be done on GPU drivers level.
