Low Pop Server no herbs?

As title mentions, i'm playing on a low pop server, before 5.1 i could endlesly farm herbs and mill>Crane inscription>vendor.
But now for a while i noticed there are BARELY any herbs, like 5% of what it used to be.
Am i missing something or what? (I did see the herb rate got reduced by 50%, but this is way more).
And no i'm not leaving low pop server (got my reasons for this). Any other gold making methods are also welcome (Vendor gold mainly)

Run bot for an hour and post NPHs.
Fool's Cap is shit now, maybe you're farming there? Farm Jade Forest or a multi profile.

if i remember correct, spawns were changed in 2 ways. there was a bluepost.
1st: spawn was generally nerfed
2nd: spawn rate depends on how many chars are farming.
example:
before 18 nodes
1st change 9 nodes
2nd change:
a 9 farmers 9 nodes
b 4 farmers 4 nodes
c 1 farmer 1 node

just example numbers, but that should explain, how it works
