low level quest, unable ot complete bec. of toon high lvl

im lvl 91, but bot wants to do this quest otherwise i get error. But i have to dps the plainstrider down to low health until it starts running, but i one shot them. took off all gear, got rez sickness and just punched them and they still die.

Character wont do draenor quests until these razor hill quests are not done.

please help.

Make the quest manually and it should go on again.

are you doing low lvl quests with a high lvl char?
