Low-level mobs targeting

Hi there!
I need some help in farming low-level cloth. My toon doesn't targen "gray" mobs and just running around. Is that profile or cc problem?

Still the same problem

that means that is something wrong in the profile,make sure that the faction of that mobs is included

Faction is mob id?
Or humanoid id?

mob id faction,you can find it using developers tool panel
