Low level instance farm - How to make profile go to hotspot without killing anything

Im farming a spesific item in a low level instance (gnomeregan), and just want the bot to go directly there and kill the specified mob.
However its killing all the low level mobs on the way there that it pulls.
This is not necessary since they are low level and dont hit me, and can all be dealt with in AOE when the bot reaches the destination mob.

How can i do this?

Blacklist every mob in the instance you don't want the bot to kill.
Like this in your profile

Do that for every mob you don't want the bot to kill and it will ignore it and won't attack

Thanks, though it wasnt an option for me since MyCTM refuses to jump down when having aggro from these mobs.

I have some other questions you might know?
Im having trouble exiting a dungeon, im setting the exit point as RunTo, then it walks out, it loads, then when im out of the dungeon it still tries to go to the set location (as it didnt exactly reach the point).
And the profile fails.

I dont see how it's possible to get the exact exit location of a dungeon.

So how do people do this?
