low FPS

Hello, to use routines I run wow 32 bit and got 15 fps in raid.
routines Tuanha arms warrior, tickrate in enyo - standart 15,,
PC stats- i7 16gb ram, titanBLACK graphic card.
hb run as anmin
use hb 3
do not have any anti-virus
any idea how I can fix it?


bzw if I start wow 64bit I got 60+ fps
