Low FPS (Windows 10)

Currently using:

Enyo
KingWow Shaman/Singular
Windows 10 OS
used in Raid/Dungeon Instances

FPS drops from a 85-90 to a 15-19 (if lucky 30)

If you need more information I can kindly provide it

Advice would be greatly appreciated

Got it when doing a Warlord of draenor dungeon, Hellbreach,Iron assembly and a demon invasion in stormwind
