Low fps when using CombatBot

Hello world, I encounter a problem with this combatbot. When i start and I'm raiding to a boss, I have 5-7 fps and normal i have 30-40 .It is very hard to respect the tactics and to play ok .. I tried directly x 9 and 11, with and without addons

Does anyone still have this problem?

Pc spec
Win 10
Intel i5 Haswell
R280x
8gb ram
