Low cost botting machine

I'm on a very tight budget and I'm looking for low power hardware.

My needs:
- 2 wow sessions with config.wtf graphic resolution set at 320*240 and lowest graphic settings in game
- honorbuddy
- some occasional torrenting (less than 3-4 torrents at a time and not very often)
- silent operation, this thing will work in our living room, it needs to be QUIET
- network print server
- low power usage

I'm thinking about an amd e350 motherboard with 4gigs of ram but I'm not sure the cpu is going to be fast enough.

I ran a test with an athlon II p320 on my laptop underclocked to 800mhz and a single wow session+hb give a cpu occupation of 35-40%

The amd e350 has a slower architecture, but it runs at 1,6ghz so it should be enough... I guess.

Alternatives:
1) for the same money (roughly 85 euros for cpu+motherboard) I could buy a socket 775 celeron that would obliterate the the e350 at the cost of 2-3 times the power used, but I'm not sure an intel x4500 is enough to run wow even at that resolution.
2) slightly more money athlon x2 and amd igp (the 760g includes the ati 3000 that should have similar performance to an intel x4500, but at least ati drivers are better than intel ones)
3) double the money, a dual core APU on socket fm1; good enough cpu for even 3-4 sessions (not planning to scale up from 2 atm) and good graphic chip

Any first hand experience from people running botting setups on slow/low power hardware would be welcome. :)
