Quickest way to farm these is killing the Slags at Hall of Lightning in storm peaks.
Guess it wouldnt take long to write a profile for that. ;3

alrighty guys just spitballing but this might work, there is another program you can use with honorbuddy, they wont error each other out.
1-axxife mouse recorder, records key clicks, so u can setup a macro for targeting non aggressive mobs and cast a spell to engage combat like shadow word pain or somekind of throw ability. etc. etc. ( you can find a demo of this for free, so dont pay for it)
2- start of honorbuddy and put it in combat mode so when the mob comes at you it will kill the mob and loot it.

Suggested areas i can think of are around Rokir North East of Icecrown Citadel and The Fleshworks in Icecrown (37.5,70.8). the risen soldiers are super weak.

These delivers ~100-120 Lovely Charms per 10min.
