Lots of stuttering

Playing a Druid (I tried Feral, Guardian and Resto) and all of them have been doing this insane stuttering.

I start up Quest Bot or Enyo (really only 2 I play) and while not in combat, it stutters like crazy. So much that the bot normally doesn't walk forward. Normally strafe around and whatnot because it think it is stuck. As soon as combat hits, all stuttering stops. When combat is over, it starts again. When flying or on ground mount, there is no stuttering. It seems to be only when I am walking and not in combat?

Log attached, but I didn't see anything in it that stood out.

use dx9 instead and also check if you have any f the programs listed here http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index...ams_that_Interfere_with_BosslandGmbH_Products installed

Since I wasn't sure how to "use dx9 instead" and I checked the products list and nothing came up, I just did a clean install and it seems to have cleared up.
