Lost some plugins in the mix what to do?

After the release of the new honor buddy version where it is an icon on your desktop rather than in a folder I have been unable to select some of my plugins when using honor buddy. Is there a new folder they should be located in? The odd thing is some of them show up and some don't. Short list of some I can't use pokebuddy, Mr. gear buyer, logic creator, rare killer, battle pet swapper, battle pet collector. etc.

Idk I came back from a 2 week vacation and started honor buddy. It updated and then there was an honor buddy icon on my desktop that works instead of the one in the folder with all the plugin folders etc.
