Lost password and mail

Hello, on my other HB lifetime account i have lost my password and i dont know what email i used when i bought this. Can a moderator tell me how i should go on to get this resolved ? thanks

you have to know the email or to have the receipt or the transaction id
or something that can prove that you are the owner

is there a chance that your shop email is the same as your forums email?

i have the username and password that i use on HB login, but that is not the same as on the forums. is that enough ?

looks like its not the same,if it was the same you would be able to reset your pass

Bot login info is the same with shop login info
