Lost my login key code for honor buddy help

I got a new computer because my old one died, is there anyway I can get my login password back for honorbuddy? help please

you can login to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and view your keys.

When I try to log on in buddyauth to get my password for honorbuddy, it keeps telling me that my username or password isn't correct. am I doing something wrong?

reset your pass and make sure you are using the correct username
