Lost my key.

hey. So i've just got a new computer and whiped the hard drives clean in the process and lost my key to honorbuddy which was in my outlook folders.
No bigge, i'll just log on to buddyauth and get the key again. Problem is that i can't log in to buddyauth, i try to reset passwords but it's not getting accepted. please help ):

if you have a transaction id make sure you include it.

include on the email the registered email and the last pass you got

After a few more tries i finally got in to buddyauth and got my key again. Now the problem is that i can't log in to the bot by simply entering the key anyomre. I have to use my shop username and i don't have a clue what that is. i've tried both Crayon and the username i have on buddyauth and my email to.

Edit: I put the key in the wrong section. i'm in now.
