Lost my key :-/

I had a brake from wow (and honor buddy) but now im back but cant remember my key.... what do i do now :-/ PLEASE HELP

you go and look in your email for the key

or

you read the yellow strip on the front of the forums that says ' Request Lost or not received Keys' ...
