Lost HB key!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I couldn't really find an appropriate one. I've formatted my computer and just got back to WoW after 9 months, however, I lost my hb key. Is there any way I can recover it with my email? Thanks!

you need to have proof of your payment id info from paypal i think you cant just get it back from you email.
